The Transformation and Enabling Technologies (T&ET) stream delivers the services, solutions and technologies that empower Queensland Government (QG) agencies to provide high-quality services to Queenslanders. The stream has a heavy focus on partnering with QG agencies and industry to provide innovative, responsive and integrated services. Current areas of focus include:
implementing whole-of-Government strategies and emerging technologies
delivery of complex multi-agency ICT solutions
design, delivery and operation of client technology and whole-of-government infrastructure, including network and telecommunications connectivity, information and cyber security, cloud services and data centres
whole-of-Government
ICT category management activities and arrangements
cyber security services
open data policy and platform
whole-of-Government and cross agency data sharing and analytics and data management services
Enabling Services
Leads the architectural design, product and service management, stakeholder engagement, project management, risk management, vendor management and ITSM practice primarily to enable the delivery of CITEC services.
Information Technology Service Management Practice Team
The Information Technology Service Management Practice Team forms part of the Enabling Services stream and is the single point of contact for ITIL related assistance.
The team’s responsibilities include: ownership of ITIL ITSM frameworks, policies and procedures, Fostering a strong alignment between operations and the business, to reduce costs through improved practices to deliver services.
Your contribution:
Work closely with the Manager, ITSM Practice to review the current Knowledge Management framework and repository.
Working collaboratively with teams to document business requirements, to improve customer outcomes when using the Knowledge Management framework and repository.
Develop recommendations on business requirements and process improvements in relations to Knowledge Management.
Work closely with the Manager, ITSM Practice to implement business requirements and process improvements in relation to Knowledge Management.
The Information Technology Service Management Practice Team forms part of the Enabling Services stream and is the single point of contact for ITIL related assistance.
