NEMA 4-4X ENCLOSURES 5412 SSDDStainless steel double door enclosures

The 5412 SSDD water, oil & dusttight double door enclosures areused indoors or outdoors inareas where the enclosures maybe subject to hosing or to watercoming from any direction orwhere corrosion may be a prob-lem. The 5412 SSDD are made fromquality 12 GA (type 304) stainlesssteel, with corner seems continu-ously welded. The center post isremovable to facilitate the instal-lation of the inner panel. Theopening has a curled lip around

all sides to prevent dripping waterfrom entering the enclosure whenthe door is open, it also increasesrigidity. A high quality roboticallypoured-in-place seamless gasketensures a complete and durablewater tight seal. The pins of the concealed heavyduty die cast hinges can bepulled out to remove the door. A¼ turn locking mechanisminsures positive closing. Two 12”floor stands are welded to thecabinet. Body stiffeners are pro-vided on larger models.

Each enclosure comes completewith an 11 GA or 12 GA innerpanel which is double bent formaximum rigidity. A panel guideand support is provided to facili-tate panel installation. A printpocket is provided. The enclo-sures’ exterior are unpainted andbrushed smooth. The enclosures’interior and panels are finishedwith white heat fused polyesterpowder, electrostatically appliedon a phosphatized base. CSA Certified / UL ListedNEMA 4X / IP66
