Types of sports injury:

1. Bones/ joints - Break, fractures and dislocations

2. Muscles- Tears and strains

3. Ligaments and tendons- Sprain

X-rays

These allow us to see inside our body by taking a ‘picture’ using X-rays.

The ‘soft’ tissues do not really show up but the ‘hard’ bones do.
