• Alternative 1

– The client chooses relevant topics & organizes the programs

– The training is delivered on stand alone topic. (e.g. Essentials of Supply Chain Management)

– The training may be repeated to cover more participants.

– The disadvantage is that the linkage of the topic to other areas is not appreciated by the participants as well as the adhoc nature of the trainings may not improve overall competence.

Alterative to organizing the program

• Alternative 2 • The client chooses a set of relevant modules / topics and along with

SPARK and creates a “Short term course” which runs over a few months.

• This ensures that the participants have undergone all the relevant areas in the domain & overall team competence is improved.

• The course can be delivered for identified target audience. (e.g. staff identified as “fast trackers” or “critical mass for the clients future growth”)

• At the end of the course, a co-branded completion “Certificate” (e.g. “Short Course in Supply Chain Management”) can be given. It will enhance the morale of the employees too.

• The focus is ‘to make people think’. Discussions/Brainstorming/ Two way exchange is hence a given.

• The sessions are designed for delivery in a ‘exercise driven’ hands on way. Individual/Group exercises will be designed.

• Presentation/Videos are integral part of delivery.

• Templates used for exercises will be retained by participants for their use in assignments as well as future.
