1. Submit the Request to Participate form on our exclusive Sysco portal:

www.sysco.source1purchasing.com2. An email notification will be sent to you to confirm lead eligibility

3. Connect with your Source1 Purchasing representative

4. Once the customer commits to enroll, a pre-populated enrollment form will be sent to customer via email for e-signature.

5. When the enrollment form is received, the Entegra number will be provided to you and Sysco Corporate.

6. You and the customer will be invited to participate in an enrollment orientation call to review Source1 Purchasing’s rebate program.

Q: When should I present Source1 Purchasing to my customers?A: The Source1 Purchasing – Sysco Program is an effective way to:

• Grow current customer volume and gain a higher share of business• Retain at-risk customers• Win back customers who have left Sysco• Close new customer opportunities

Q: How can I maximize margins and increase spend?A: Pricing is not locked. Sysco is allowed to dictate margins with pricing up to 25% over AP cost.

Q: How does it benefit me? How does is it benefit my customer?A: Selling Source1 Purchasing makes you a hero by providing operator access to nationally negotiated prices and industry-leading consulting services. You’ll increase customer satisfaction while having a reliable and respected partnerhelp service your client.

Q: Can my account stay on TRS and with the MA?A: Absolutely.

Q: How can I add an additional location to an existing Source1 Purchasing customer?A: If the additional location is a franchise location, the location will need to complete individual enrollment forms. If the location is not a franchise location, please provide the following:1. An email from the customer: a) requesting to add the new location(s) to Source1 Purchasing, b) confirming that it has the same ownership as the other location(s) in the group and c) that it is not a Franchise.2. Sysco Customer Number 3. Location Name4. Billing Address & Shipping Address 6. Location contact (email, phone & title)7. Estimated Annual Spend

Q: When will the customer see reporting?A: Financial reports will be available 100 days after the conclusion of the quarter in which they enrolled. Purchasing reports are available 60 days after first Sysco purchase.
