It includes the purchasing of goods/services from:• Social enterprises• Indigenous-owned businesses• Australian Disability Enterprises

And/or the direct employment of disadvantaged people.

Organisations that:

• are led by an economic, social, cultural, or environmental mission consistent with a public or community benefit

• trade to intentionally tackle social problems, improve communities, provide access to employment or training opportunities for disadvantaged people, or help the environment

• reinvest the majority of their profit/surplus in the fulfilment of their mission
