Making Purpose a Reality

energy, clearer skin• Ex. Exercising 30 minutes a day =

healthier heart, sharper mental focus• Ex. Taking a class toward a certification

= grade, knowledge to apply

A = ACHIEVEABLE

• Start regular goal setting by reaching for what is slightly out of reach.• Ex. Going back to school?

• Register for the next semester. • Research schools to find the right

program for you.• Research scholarships.• Call and meet with a counselor/advisor.

also, A = ACTION-ORIENTED

• Practical Faith
