• Background: some erytrocytes, macrophages and nakedl i f ith li l llnuclei of myoepithelial cells

• Normal groups composed of ductal epithelial andmyoepithelial cellsmyoepithelial cells

• 2‐3 dimensional large groups, composed of atypical epithelialcells with large hyperchromatic pleomorphic eccentriccells with large, hyperchromatic, pleomorphic, eccentriclocalized nucleus, some of which have eosinophilic, columnarcytoplasm, mixed with myoepithelial cells

• DIAGNOSIS:  Suspicious cytology

• NOTE: This cytopathology can be considered as y p gy‘Atypical proliferative epithelial lesion (Atypicalductal hyperplasia, carcinoma in situ??)ductal hyperplasia, carcinoma in situ??) accompanying with columnar cell change
