MAGAZINE PRODUCTION

BLURRED. Fashion is art. Art is fashion. Blurred is a bi-annual magazine that explores the designers that have crossed into fashion and vice versa. What is fashion? What is art? Issue 1 THE LOUIS VUITTON EDITION.

EVENT MANAGEMENT

Exhibition Curation: COUTURE ....A WORLD MADE OF DREAMS. An interactive exhibition celebrating the craftmanship of the couture. Couture encourages fantisy, escapism and imagination. It is the unlimate aspiration that only the very wealthy can afford to indulge in. We want to allow fashion lovers to experience these beautiful works of art up close instead of from the pages of magazines. For 1 month at the Benjamine House, visitors get the change to learn about the art of couture and interact with these magnificent gowns.

Concept Board

Christian Dior room. Touch screens around the room allow visitors to control mannequines. Here the swing moves back and forth.

Christian Lacroix Room. This room celebrated the work of Lacroix. Again visitors control move-ments of mannequines. These mannequines rotale with movements like that of a ballerina.

Newcastle on the runway. In 2009 I worked as the event and marketing manager for Revolution. Whilst there I organised a charity fashion show. My objectives where to bring new customers to Revolution, raise monet for Hope for Kidz

Foundation and to promote local businesses in Newcastle.
