Signing up for Wichita SWE Engineering Expo

1. Go to sweeterfutures.swe.org

2. Take the quick tutorial to learn about setting up

your profile

3. Click register to create a new account and

complete all the steps from the

tutorial

4. After your profile has been set up, search for

events

5. Wichita SWE Engineering Expo should be listed. Click on the link

6. Sign up!

7. After completing the short pop-up survey, feel free to sign up your friends and family as well

How to log volunteer hours for other events

1. Make sure you are on your Dashboard tab

2. Click on Flexible Opportunities

3. Choose the type of activity to submit hours for

4. Add the hours, date, start time and description of your volunteer activity. Click submit

5. You can eithera. Go back and edit your participation infob. Enter more hours on a different day for the same opportunityc. Return to your Dashboard

NOTES:- Start and end dates are arbitrary. If your volunteer hours

fall outside of these, it can be changed to work for you- A selection of possible opportunities have been added to

the system. If you regularly volunteer for something that does not fit within the events listed, it can be added in for you
