Tips to Adapt to YOUR School or District

• Find a small group of colleagues who want to improve their technology skills

• Believe that EVERYONE can learn & use learned technologies w/students

• Identify technology experts or have various teachers become “experts” on specific technologies

• Set clear beginnings & endings for program

• Commit to meeting regularly & to using with students

• Low-cost/No-cost (BYOL)• Learn technologies that are

free, safe, in compliance with district policies, & directly support students.

• Use collaborative technologies to “share the wisdom”
