This single family property was a 980sqf home - including the garage – when purchased. The previous owner had used the property as a cat rescue place and no upgrades or renovations had taken place since the -50s, so needless to say, it was a disaster. The entire residence had to be completely upgraded and redesigned with an addition to max the square foot/land that this City aloud = 2100sqf.

Sandberg Design worked out a new layout and designed the customized addition to accommodate the requirements of the new owner. Today this property consists of 4 bedrooms, private office, living room, family room, dining area and breakfast area. The kitchen with its 13’ceiling heights, clerestory bands of windows, high end appliances is a dream for any one that likes to cook and entertain.

Sandberg Design worked as the project manager through out the entire process of the project.
