Drug abuse affects every aspect of the community. Prevention, Intervention, and Enforcement areneeded. Job training, and education are sorely needed. Drug addicts who have succeeded in kickingthe habit need to be recognized.
The drug problem in Pittsburgh is growing each day. Awareness campaigns are needed to informpeople of the dangers and of the sources of help.
