Sequoyah Limited LLC began operation in 1997 as a partnership between Robert Talbott of Holrob Investments and Robert Mohney of Saddlebrook, Inc. In 1998, Cary A. Ratliff assumed the role as President and Chief Manager of Sequoyah Limited LLC. In June 2003, Cary Ratliff procured sole interest in Sequoyah Limited LLC.

• Cary A. Ratliff – President of Sequoyah Limited, LLC, oversees the development of the project from start to finish. His background includes nearly 30 years of experience in commercial and industrial construction. Responsibilities have included total coordination and operation of construction projects including writing and processing contracts, scheduling, purchasing, estimating, and maintaining owner and architect relations. Projects have included high-rise offices, industrial projects, hotels, large metal building, pre-cast & tilt-up concrete structures, restaurants, and various light commercial projects. Cary Ratliff is a graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute, Blacksburg, Virginia.

Estimating team

• Gene Pratt – Chief Estimator. Gene is Sequoyah Limited’s Chief Estimator. Gene has 33 years of construction experience including medical facilities, office buildings, educational facilities to include universities, churches, renovations and restoration projects as well as retail construction. Gene has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Tennessee.

Estimating team

• Stacey Poole – Stacey joined Sequoyah in 2005 as a Project Manager/Estimator. Stacey has over 20+ years in the construction industry and has experience in all facets of the industry and various construction projects. Stacey has a degree in civil engineering

technology from the University of Southern Indiana.

Project Management team

• Eddie Savage – Eddie is currently a Project Manager with over 30 years of commercial construction. He still maintains a general contractor’s license of his own. Eddie has experience in Project Estimating. Eddie’s experience includes a variety of projects ranging from retail centers to medical clinics.

Superintendant team

• Field Superintendents – Sequoyah Limited has 20 Superintendents currently on various projects. They bring a vast amount of experience to our company with blended knowledge in every aspect from the beginning to the conclusion of a project.
