Homework: Bring your copy of Stargirl for tomorrow's class.

ObjectiveI can become familiar with the author and content of Stargirl prior to reading the book.

Warm Up:Using the dictionary on your desk, look up the definition for the word CONFORM and NONCONFORMIST and copy it into your notes. After you have done this, write a paragraph explaining whether you believe that you are more of a conformist or a nonconformist. Give examples and details to support yourself.

So now I am going to split you into groups based on your conformity / nonconformity. You will need to come up with as many examples as you can of ways that people in your group do and don't conform to things in our society. Be specific and come up with as many bullets as you can!
