Washington Dossier was the society magazine for the nation's capital from 1975-1991. David Adler, current CEO of BizBash (www.bizbash.com) was the co-founder and President. This cover of Sec. of HHS Richard Schweiker and his wife was shot as a promotion for a diabetes benefit in Washington. The issue came out just as the Department of HHS declared that Catsup would be declared a vegatable and counted that way for public school lunch programs. The cover pointed out the irony of the governments position and was published in thousands of newspapers around the world.
