Freight Forwarder (FF) EFTS Participation
• Option exists where Freight Forwarder can received detailed shipment and tracking data – Either as stand-alone application or integrated with FF’s
existing IT architecture/system• Automated In-transit Visibility of FMS shipments
– With bar code scan, FF can automatically generate transaction to reflect receipt and/or shipment

• Important Note: FF does not need to participate for country to immediately access the EFTS data

Then Left-Click on “EFTS”
EFTS Tracking Tool
First left-click on “Tracking”
Then Select “Shipment Data” from Drop Down Menu
User can copy/paste or keyCarrier’s Tracking Number,Document Number or TCN
Example illustrates the DocumentNumber query. As the number is
keyed, the system lists the first eleven matches.
User can continue refining entry, highlight one of the listed numbers
or depress the “ENTER” keyto search for all matches
