equivalent. Adhere the EPDM membrane directly to the smooth
and clean OSB board. All membrane laps should at least be
100mm and wiped clean using DS-101 cleaner or equivalent.
Then, apply DS-107 adhesive or equivalent evenly to both the
substrate and the membrane laps. After several minutes, press
it securely and finish with a continuous bead of DS-109 sealant
or equivalent. All perforations for cladding support to be
lapped, cleaned, adhered and sealed.

Gyprock® Flush Jointed Suspended Ceiling or
equivalent. The contractor shall furnish all materials,
labour and equipment for the installation of the Gyprock®
plasterboard ceiling systems where indicated on the drawings and/or
as specified. All lining materials shall be Gyprock® plasterboard and
accompanying accessories as manufactured or supplied
by CSR Gyprock.
Gyprock® Plasterboard shall be manufactured to meet the
dimensional requirements of AS/NZS2588 'Gypsum Plasterboard'.
All framing, plasterboard lining, jointing and finishing shall be carried
out in accordance with CSR Gyprock
Plasterboard Commercial Installation Manual, NºGYP547. All layers shall be fixed to the framing as specified for the relevant
system in the CSR Gyprock Ceiling Systems Installation Guide,
NºGYP570, and other relevant Gyprock® Technical Literature.
Jointing and finishing of the outer layer of plasterboard shall be in
accordance with CSR Gyprock Plasterboard Residential Installation
Manual, NºGYP547.
The contractor shall furnish all materials, labour and equipment for the
installation of the Rondo Two-way Steel Frame Suspended Ceiling
System as and where indicated on the drawings and/or as specified.
The contractor shall install the ceiling systems in accordance with
CSR Gyprock Ceiling Systems Installation Guide, NºGYP570 and/or
relevant Rondo literature.
The contractor shall supply and install * Gyprock® Freshtone™
Unpainted panels in accordance with the CSR Gyprock Ceiling
Systems Installation Guide, NºGYP570. Suspended ceiling to include
adjustable clip, hanging wire (view reflected ceiling plans per floor for
lengths), main channel bracket, main channel, wire clip, furring

Internal Column Encasement
Gypra GRG column casings or equivalent; supplied as two halves, which are
fixed to structural columns with timber battens and secured with screw
fixings. A seamless finish is created with a 'penny-joint', which is then filled
on site prior to painting and finishing.
Fire performance
Gypra column casings can be regarded as a non-combustible building
component, achieving a Class 'O' spread of flame. Structural elements
require additional protection from a proprietary fire protection system or
intumescent coating. All Gypra casings supplied unfinished; ready for
