Seatech Represents Pan LloydDear Colleagues,
Greetings to all. As we march ahead strongly through 2016, I take
this opportunity to thank our valued customers, whose continued
patronage and confidence inspires us to extend the best of
services and enables us to provide value for their money. We are
focused at addressing the needs of our customers through
dedication, maintaining continuous interaction with them to
assess their emerging requirement, so as to be ready when the
needs arise.
We are committed to total customer satisfaction by identifying
their specific needs, translating them into Quality shipments and
providing dependable services. This commitment is the corner
stone of our Policy and we strive to achieve it by our strength - the
Employees. I therefore, thank all our valued customers for their
continued patronage, employees for their cooperation and our
well-wishers who have contributed to the growth of the
organization.
Progress for Seatech has never been a dream. It has always been
a distant reality and once one milestone is achieved, there is
always another one waiting to be crossed. In our diversifying
activities, we have recently set out another venture ‘the Magic
Pencil” offering services in the field of Advertising / Events and
branding, which is being received overwhelming response from
the Industry. Another notable joint venture we have signed up is
with Pan Lloyd for representing them and their special equipments
in North/West & Southern regions.
Despite the ongoing global recession, Seatech could achieve
reasonably good progress in business – thanks to the break-bulk
cargo orders and vessels being handled – but for an undeniable
drop in Container cargo booking.
Seatech has today became a prominent name in Shipping
segment, taking a path less travelled, with our expertise and
specialized knowledge. With the support of my brilliant team, I am
confident that Seatech will continue to scale milestones of
excellence for years to come.

Training Programs – How they are helping
Port Agency Training
Seatech’s women crew proves next to none in Port/Vessel operations. A Port Agency Training was
conducted for them at Mumbai Port, where they could personally witness cargo loading operations
while our team was in action. This imparted much more knowledge to them and being acquainted
with all process and procedures, they are expected to play an active role in our Port Agency/Vessel
handling.
Medical Training
Seatech organized a unique and specialized First Aid & CRP Training Program for our HO Staff at our
Office. The program lasted for half a day. The expert faculty was an experience Doctor who
demonstrated the importance of first aid in life saving. This session could enhance knowledge of our
team members as to how to tackle emergencies with timely help and proper techniques. First aid is
alternate during emergency services and necessary elements which increase the rate of survival. This
kind of small effort will make employees learn to protect their own health and help others in
emergency.
TDS & Tax Training
Our Finance Dept Ms Virti & Bhagyashri recently attended a training TDS & Taxation, which was
meant for Accounts Professionals. This training covered complete Direct and Indirect Taxes and the
working knowledge was well received by the participants. Also covered are the Calculation of Taxes,
Filing of Tax Returns, Deposit of tax and Assessments, Online filing of Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly
Returns etc. Both Virti & Bhagyashri are expected to be benefitted by this training.
Coastal Shipments Training
Success in any business depends mostly on competence, systems, staff & personnel and the right
blend of experience. Coastal shipping is well suited for transportation of bulk cargoes at low cost.
Coastal Shipping, as a complimentary mode of transport, is not only an economic necessity but also
a valuable asset in times of emergency. As Seatech focus on this in its diversified activities, a training
program on Coastal shipments was held in Crowne Plaza at Kochi on 5th of August, which was
attended to by our Director Mr Christopher Phillips & Mr Tabrez, inter-alia many other prominent
personnel from the Shipping Industry in India.
Bulk Conference
Mr Tabrez recently attended a 2 days conference at Pune on Break Bulk. The conference was aimed
at effective cooperation of key shipping market participants for Break Bulk Cargo. It was devoted to
new technologies in shipment of Break Bulk and was considered the annual platform for the leading
personnel related to shipping industry. The event turned out to be a wonderful opportunity to be kept

Seatech Baroda Completes 5 years
Seatech’s successful and eventful operations in Gujarat spear headed by Baroda Branch
completed 5 years. To mark this mile stone and to celebrate this auspicious occasion, the
company organized a small get-together at Hotel Express Alkapuri Residency on 11th of
June 2016, which was attended by a sizable percentage of our valued customers. Playing
gracious hosts with pride were Mr Christopher Phillips and Mrs Hetal Phillips, the Directors
of Seatech Shipping, who were well supported by its senior employees from Mumbai and

amongst the customers and Seatech’s officials at higher level. Both Mrs & Mr Phillips
sincerely thanked all the valuable customers for their continuous support being extended to
