Wood protection to the core
Wet On Wet
• A coating that can go on after a rainstorm on a warm day
What Makes
Our Sealants unique?
• True non film-forming approach to wood protection.
• Proprietary wood diffusion system.
• Unmatched dimensional stability.
• Safe broad spectrum preservation.
• Proven cost and time savings.
• Looking at what is central to the unique points of
difference that Seal It Green has in the market.
Film forming approach for
exterior wood protection.

Another Top Brand Coating on Bamboo this
one is like furtilizer for mold
3 x coats of high end PU coating. It clearly shows
film failure due to substrate movement, expansion,
contraction. Water stains can be seen under the
coating which are not possible to restore without
sanding or stripping the film off.

This deck is poolside and the film failed in a short
time from install. Once failed, the weathering and
degradation is rapid on a substrate like bamboo

How Seal It Green And
Xtreme differs.
Unique penetrating oil
system engineered to
never peel or flake.
Redwood 4x4 3 weeks
The full weather effect with exposure. This is Red Iron
Bark clear coated with Xtreme. Note how it silvers with
weathering. To maintain colour, an Xtreme UV colour
tone is needed to match the wood species.
Simple cleaning and re-application of 1 x coat of Xrteme
is all that is required to provide a rich and protected feel.
The number one performance point of
difference with the Seal IT Green and
Xtreme range is the unmatched ability to
stabilize all wood to minimize the effects
of cupping, warping, twisting, splitting and
checking.
Slide showing the cut end section from the same sample. Top picture is raw,
bottom picture is Xteme coated. This shows the ability of Xtreme to better control
moisture and thereby stabilize the wood to minimize the effects of cupping,
twisting, warping, splitting and end checking.
Xtreme applied to a piece of thermal wood sliced in half , the piece with no coating has expanded in length width and thickness not to
mention the cracking
and fading.
Picture showing free diffusion of
Xtreme into a LOSP treated H3
70 x 45mm section. Many long
term test show that Xtreme
continues to be mobile within the
timber or many months after the
first application. Xtreme can work
it’s way over time even into the
most dense timbers such as IPE
and Exotic hardwoods such as
Tiger Wood. Xtreme will diffuse
through cedar siding 100% from
1 x application.

Wood can be wet stacked from mill or factory with
clear Xtreme clear. Wood can go from milling
straight through spray lines to be packed and
strapped. This unique ability from Xtrem enables
the mill or factory to value add to their product line
as the process is fast and economical and also
highly profitable for the smart, forward thinking
company who takes advantage of this technology.
Introducing…

Even more susceptible to staining fungi is bamboo. Xtreme is designed to better meet the needs of
bamboo and low durable timbers. Xtreme has performed well even in harsh conditions
Xtreme has proven to resist the most persistent black staining fungi that attacks bamboo world wide.
This bamboo sample has the Xtreme coated over already colonised black fungi and has stopped the
growth in it’s tracks. Staining fungi at this stage of the bamboo weathering can be easily cleaned
with our Quick Clean but progressed weathering on bamboo without Xtreme develops deep staining
on bamboo that can be almost impossible to remove even with heavy drum sanding.
Xtreme diffusion into untreated Radiata Pine. With 1 x coat of clear, you can see a distinct coating line.
From this point, you can see the ability of Xtreme to continue to diffuse into new wood. The Xtreme oil
system also takes our safe and proven preservation system deep and far into the wood which links to
the cell structure to provide high efficacy against a large number or mould/fungi species.
This picture shows stopping Blue Stain fungi in it’s tracks. Blue stain fungi is responsible for lowering
the value of huge amounts of timber world wide to to the deep blue to black staining that can become
permanent in soft woods.
