Assist in the development of balanced individuals with a passion for a healthy lifestyle, through swimming.

Provide opportunities to learn from success and failure in the competitive swimming environment.

Develop technically correct swimming and competition skills.

Squad Training Structure

Lower School (LS). Mon – Thurs 3:15 – 4:00pm

Upper School (US). Mon – Thurs 4:00 – 5:30pm

US. Tues – Fri 6:30 – 7:30am (commencing soon)

US Dry land training (Wed 30 min)Minimum two sessions per week
