T Code for LSMW is LSMWRun the T code lsmw and following pop up will appear

Now here we have fill all the field of a particular transction of which we required to fill the field in uploading the data Care must be taken that we must not use search criterion during recordingAfter entering the field save the data and u will see

Now click on default allAnd SAVE the data and come back And u will see that selection will come to 2nd point

Now click on object overview And u will find

Click o0n table

Then click on system

In system u will find list , save local file as a spread sheet

Save on desktop and click on generate

An excel sheet will be save on your desktopConvert that sheet into notepad only table name description, type and length field without transverseFor example it will be look like as

Come back

And then click on And give the name of source structures

Click on continue, save the data and come back

Now execute maintain source field

And following screen will appear

Go to source field In source field u find copy field

When u click on copy field

click on continue

Select the notepad which was save without transverse

And

will appearSave the data and come back

Now

Execute maintain structure relations

And following

Click on line And check the relation

Save and come back

And now maintain field mapping and conversion rule

Run maintain field mappingAnd following screen will appear

click on extra here u find auto field mapping

Click on auto field mapping and u will see

click on continue Accept proposal

Click on accept proposal until u see

Save the data and come backNow click on specify file

Run specify file

Click on legacy data on the pc frontend (double click or click on create)Now here saved excel sheet should be convert into transverse notepad with the table name in first row and path in 2nd row Then upload the file

Select the file

Save the data and come back then assign the file read the file display etc.
