About the authorPaul Pate took a couple of years off college in the early 90’s and moved to Flint, Michigan. He fell in love with the declining city

captures some of the spirit of his time there and passes it on to you in a fun way.

As for drawing, Paul has been doing that his whole life. One of his

time Paul noticed how beautiful the artwork was and what great tales they told. He thought he’d like to give it a try.

Currently, Paul lives, works, and draws in Rockford, Michigan, a quaint little town just north of Grand Rapids.
