ROOM RATESRUDDER TOWER FACILITY RATES

Texas A&M University provides rooms and services to many categories of groups. The categories include combinations of Texas A&M students, faculty and staff, public organizations, private organizations, and state and local agencies. Depending on the definition, each category adheres to a corresponding rate schedule. Categories are defined as fo llows:C atego ry # 1: Texas A&M University Student Organizations' (recognized by Student Activities or departmental-sponsored) events, and TAM U departmental meetings lasting less than two hours, occupying one room and free to attend.C atego ry # 2: Texas A&M University Student Organizations charging fees for their event, occupying more than one room, or hosting a social event lasting longer than four hours.C atego ry # 3: Texas A&M University Departments charging fees for their event, occupying more than one room, or hosting an event lasting longer than two hours, or any Texas A&M University System Parts and University Affiliates' eventsC atego ry # 4: Non-Texas A&M University RelatedEvents scheduled during times outside of the regularly scheduled hours of operation for the University Center will be assessed a special opening fee. If the building needs to be open earlier or later than regular business hours, an additional per hour charge will be assessed.
