Regional Response Team 4 Approach

EPA Region 4 & Kentucky have primary jurisdiction for inland spills along more than 600 miles of the Ohio River

In January 1993, RRT 4 commissioned development of an “umbrella document” to coordinate various Area Contingency Plans (ACPs) that currently exist along the Ohio River
