Royal Forest Colony Club / ACC Requirements

1. Signed and Dated Tree Removal Permission Form by Owner.

2. Submission of a Stamped Survey.

3. Property Corners Must be Clearly Marked by the Surveyor.

(If Property is Built and Occupied, No. 2 and 3 Does Not Need to be Submitted)

4. Include Lot Picture(s) of the Marked Trees Needing Approval for Removal.

5. Any and All Removal of Trees, Clearing of Lots or Dirt Removal for Financial

Gain is a Violation of the RFCC Deed Restrictions. Subject to Fines.

6. Lot Owner is Liable for Any Damage Caused by This Work.

7. All Debris Must be Removed Within 60 Days of Completion. Burning or

Burying is Not Permitted.
