Application purpose Application purposeWith rotary-hearth furnace plants with fixture rotation hardening machine cam shafts in reproducible quality can be hardened economically for example in the automobile industry.
The here introduced entire plant executes (after preceded carburizing in the chamber furnace) following process steps: Austenitizing, fixtured hardening, post-washing, tempering in the belt furnace.
With rotary-hearth furnace plants with fixture rotation hardening machine cam shafts in reproducible quality can be hardened economically for example in the automobile industry.
