INTRODUCTION
A friend of mine once told me that there is a big difference between Work
Security and Work Satisfaction. While working in the government for a long
time, this seems to be very true. Working month in and month out without
taking any leave or sick leave what so ever didnt mean much for you on the long
run.
You know you are a hard worker, but there is nothing in it for you. You want to
see results in the form of compensation or acknowledgement from yourmanagement. You know you deserve it.
This is what this franchise opportunity is all about. Buying a franchise these
days can cost you nothing less than R500 000. Then there is still the monthly
franchise fee that runs up to 15% of your monthly income. Worst of all, to get
that kind of money you must put your house on the line and probably everything
you own.
Do you really want to risk it all by losing everything in the process?
Being in the situation myself and knowing what it is to work for an unreasonable
low monthly income, made me stronger.
By selling this idea is about giving anyone the most basic secret of owning a
business and to be financially independent and free. You may think that you are
not a businessman, but with the training and assistance we provide, you cannot
but succeed in this opportunity.
This is franchising. You learn the tricks and trade from the franchisor, because
we have developed the concept, done market research, tested everything and
offer you an opportunity to operate your own business under the networks
brand. We provide initial and ongoing support as well as access to all the new
menus and development in the franchise.
The national franchise standards of monthly fees state that monthly fees secure
an ongoing support to the franchisee. The Rosters Fried Chicken concept
changes all that. You only pay for the service you need and therefore secure the
franchisor to franchisee relationship on the long run.

Mission Statement
To be at all times accessible to any shop owner of any branch,
and to give assistance were ever possible on any given day.
To instill a work ethic in the business, to deliver a high
standard of customer service and product quality to ensure a
true and sustainable buying market.
The Mission
Rosters Fried Chickens mission is to heal the word FRANCHISE and the
stigma attached to it. The stigma that comes along way back.
You are not just buying a business. You are buying a livelong opportunity of
independence and dominance in the fast-food industry and a sure way of making
money in a very affordable way. Affordable in such a way that you do not pay
any monthly fees after purchasing the franchise. You pay only for the service
you ask for.
Rosters Fried Chicken is the most basic and yet profitable
franchise South Africa has seen. The inexpensiveness of this
franchise shines through in every aspect of the word.

History of establishment
Rosters Fried Chicken was established because of poor or no service from
my previous franchise.
Being on the receiving end of empty promises and friendly people trying
to win your confidence made me felt helpless. I also realize that there are
other people in need of help in their quest to success. People that
committed themselves into doing business with a passion and with one
goal, and one goal only: To own their own successful business.
In short the reasons are:
- Poor or no after sales service- No promotions of any kind- No new menus or pictures with menus- No marketing-
No involvement from the franchisers- Poor training in business management- My personal favorite: No Communication

YES, YOU ARE BUYING A FRANCHISE WITHOUT PAYING ANY
MONTHLY FRANCHISE FEES!!!
Sounds to good to be true? Bad experience with franchising can make or break
you. I have seen people loosing their possessions, ruining marriages and simply
just lost everything in a blink of an eye.
Guess what? You only pay for the service you need. New menus, new uniforms,
spices, packaging.
The desire to give opportunities to those who have the will to surviveand work hard for what they want is huge. This is a long-
term based enterprise that is primarily base on service
delivery and commitment from our side in helping you to
succeed. The dream of making it in the business world is a
reality, and it is a phone call away.
