Pivot Engineering General Contracting has been established in 1978
with the idea of contributing to constructional development in
UAE .During this time, with the headquarters in Abu Dhabi and
regional offices within the other Emirates, the Company has been
providing full spectrum of engineering and general contracting
services.
We are building and delivering a variety of high-quality and value
projects for our customers, along with our in-house MEP Division.
With the awareness of being an established, respected and leading

company and since 1978 the company has helped clients transform

Civil Works
Construction is Pivot’s core competence, and we continually strive to find methods to improve
procedures and services that will benefit current and future projects. During our 40 years of
operations, we have successfully completed more than 100 projects, including hotels, luxury villa
compounds, high-rise buildings and shopping malls.
We are proud to have developed relationships with a range of clients from both the public and
private sectors. We are committed to strengthening these existing relationships and to develop new
relationships with new Clients.
Our in-house engineering and technical resources teams include highly qualified and experienced
civil engineers, quantity surveyors, safety, quality and procurement engineers, who have substantial
experience in projects which range in type, size and scale.
We are committed to continuous improvement and we aim to
maximise value via a lean approach. Our objectives are to:
• Prevent the need for any re-work;
• Provide a high quality project, delivered on time and on
budget to ensure maximum value to Clients;
• Manage logistics to ensure the required resources are on
site, at the right time.
Technical Team
Pivot benefits from an in-house technical team which is
comprised of trained and experienced architects and
draftsmen. The Technical Team is fully equipped with the latest
technology and is resposible for the preparation of shop
drawings, taking into account efficiency and sound engineering
practices.

MEP Division
The Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) division is staffed and managed by a skilled and
experienced team of engineers and technicians. All aspects of MEP work are covered, from estimation,
technical support, drafting, design support and the preparation of shop drawings. Additionally there is
a full team of highly qualified site personnel including foremen, charge hands and tradesmen, including
electricians, plumbers, pipe fitters, ductmen, AC technicians and all necessary workshop personnel.
Having a fully operational and independent MEP division allows Pivot to execute MEP works on its
projects with full control and without the need for MEP subcontractors, thereby avoiding delays and
extra expenses.
The MEP division provides the following electrical and mechanical services:

Environmentally Responsible
We recognise that potentially our actions and operations can have a long-lasting and detrimental impact
on the local and global environment. The ISO 14001:2015 standard is the basis for the environmental
management system element of Pivot’s IMS. The adoption of ISO 14001 provides a framework for
conducting business in an environmentally responsible manner.
Sustainability is embedded in our daily operations. We aim to:
