There are two types of Internship Report. The format of each type ofreport is described below.

Types of Report:1. Internship Research Report

2. Internship Affiliation Report

(1.0) Format Of FBA Student InternshipResearch Report

1 .1 The Internship Research Report ProposalFormat

Each student will have to prepare a Proposal giving details of theproposed topic study heshe wants to wor! on. The "roposal should notbe of more than # pages. The main contents of the "roposal are givenbelow:

1. Brief Introduction of the TopicStud!1.1 Title of the $tudy1.2 "rofile of the %rgani&ation or 'usiness Establishment1.# Rationale of the $tudy()hy are you proposing this study* )hat is the relevance ofthis to you as a student and in you future career* )hat

contributions it can give to the +aculty of 'usinessAdministration or to the university as a whole* to the businesssector*,

2. Statement of the Pro"lems($pecific -uestions to be answered by the study.,

3. Scope and #elimitation of the Stud!

(This should describe the coverage and limits of the study interms of the specific location timeframe or duration people

or organi&ations involved variables to be usedappliedsources of data and specific respondents,

4. O"$ecti%es of the Stud!

(These are the purpose or intent of the study which aree/pected to be achieved or attained at the end of the study.,

(These are the lists of activities to be underta!en at the startand completion of the report with their corresponding dates,
