The recent credit crunch has made it more difcult to implement large scaleprojects. While fnancing is again becoming more readily available, investorsremain cautious and selective. At the same time, the actors that drive thedevelopment o renewable energy inrastructure – economic, technological,regulatory, etc. – are present with an increasing urgency.
