FEATURES: RedOne rock shield provides long-term protection to pipeline coatings at risk of mechanical damage during backfill or while in service without shielding cathodic protection.
RECOMMENDED USE: RedOne is installed over the finished coating on steel and plastic pipelines from sizes 2” to 56” NPS.
Spiral Wrap: Wrap RedOne around pipe, keeping a recommended 4” overlap between seams.
Sheets: Cut to match pipe circumference plus a recommended 4” overlapand secure with ties or tape.
Parallel Installation: Unroll entire RedOne roll along the length of pipe so overlap meets at 6 o’clock and secure with ties or tape.
