1. Norefundsfor“noshows”orweatherrelatedissues.

2. Vendorpassesdonotincludecamping,campinginthevendorareaisnotallowed(StateParkRule).Campingpassesmaybepurchasedseparately.Thecampingareaislocatedashortdistancefromtheeventsite.

3. Absolutelynofoodordrinksmaybesoldwithoutpriorwrittenapproval.Food&Drinksalesareawardedtolicensedandpermittedconcessionairesonly.NoalcoholpossessionorconsumptionisallowedbyVendorsduringeventhours.

4. HangtownisheldataCaliforniaStatePark.Thefollowingstateparkrulesapply:NO:Glass,Alcohol,Pets,Bicycles,MotorizedCartsorPitBikesallowed.

5. Absolutelynoappareldisplayinganimageofamotorcycle,oranyitemdisplayingtheHangtown,AMA,andGoPro,MXSportslogosareallowed.Nooffensivelanguageand/orexpressionswillbeallowed.Allitemsforre-salemustbepre-approvedinwritingbeforedisplayorre-saletopublic.NoExceptions.

6. Vendorpacketscontainingvendorpasses,parkingpermitandasitemapwillbeavailableatWill-Callpriortoset-up.PleasestopatWillCallfirstpriortoset-up.

7. VendorsmustprovideInsurancenamingDDNMC&CASTATEPARKSasAdditionalinsured.FoodVendorsmustprovidevalidSacCountyHealthPermit.HardCopyorEmailmustbeattachedwiththeagreementalongwithpaymentinfullpriortovendorpackageissuanceorset-up.Vendorsareresponsibleforremovalofalltrashassociatedwiththeirrespectivedisplay.Dumpstersareprovided.Trashnotproperlydisposedofwillresultina$250clean-upservicefee,billedtothevendor.
