Noise

The noise generator can be used in place of Osc 2.

Decay works before the amp EG

Pink noise (0) accentuates low frequenciesWhite noise (0) includes all frequencies at equal amplitude

Use noise for percussion and other non-pitched soundsOr to add a noise component to a pitched sound.

FiltersSubtractor has two resonant filters. Filter 1 is a multi-state filter. Filter 2 is a Low Pass Filter.

Filters can be linked orindependent. When linkedLPFs act as a 6 pole filter

Cutoff Frequency

Resonance accentuatesthe cutoff frequency

Envelope Generators

EGs are used to change a signal over time.

ADSRAttack Time - How long it takes to reach full volumeDecay Time - Time it takes to move from full volume to the Sustain LevelSustain Level - Sustained level, continues until key is releasedRelease Time - Time it takes to go from Sustain level to silence after key is released.

Amp and Filter EGs are hardwired. Mod EG can modulate different devices.

Amount of modulation can be attenuated on Filter and Mod EGs

Wheels can be played manually, automated or by CV

Mod wheel canbe assigned to various parameters

Aftertouch andMIDI CC 11 (Expression) and CC 2 (Breath) can also be used as a mod source
