Realcomp’s New Listing Input Module and Forms are Coming December 2nd! … See Sample Screens

Realcomp’s new Listing Input module will be available from RCO3® in December once cutover is complete.

These are some of the screens you will see at that time…

Note: Realcomp has implemented a brand new Residential/Condo LEASE Listing Form to accommodate the collection and searching of data

specific to Rentals (i.e. lease type, length of lease, tenant amenities, etc.)

“Fill from Tax”, “Fill from an Existing Listing”, and “Start

with a New Listing”are all now located at the

beginning of the listing input process, from one (1)

convenient screen.

Search for the property you want to use for auto-

populating data.

You still have the option of saving your listing in its entirety as “Active” or as one that is only a “Partial Save” (for completion later). However, both of these options now appear at the beginning of the listing input process (a benefit of the new program).

From this screen, you’ll enter data using the Page (i.e. Page 1, Page 2, Page 3, and Page 4) tabs at the top of the screen.

Applicable Room Types must now be selected from the drop-down list, provided under the “Rooms” section.

Dimensions must be provided for all rooms selected. For example, if you indicate there are 3 bedrooms, three sets of dimensions must be provided.

Mandatoryfields include:Kitchen, Bedrooms, Bathrooms, & Lavatories.

Be sure to select Listing Type and Level of Service.

If selecting Full Service, all Services Offered must be selected.

Upon submitting your listing, the system will alert you of any required fields that were overlooked.

Be sure to download the new Listing Profile forms from RCO3® (Transaction Desk - Instanet Forms) beginning December 2, 2013 and use these when listing properties.

The new Listing Profile forms correlate to the new Input program.

Please discontinue using the old Listing Profile Forms after November 30th.
