What was accomplished in the last 4 years?• Student leadership opportunities in all schools. • Increased number of qualified high school students enrolled in Honors & Advanced Placement courses.• Anti-bullying Initiative• Cultural proficiency training for all staff to address the needs of our increasingly diverse student population.• PRIDE Academy: second chance for expelled students • Golden Bell Award from California School Boards Association: Construction Engineering Academy (2010) and Lincoln Latin Leadership (2011)• Promoted college culture through partnerships with the University of Pacific• Preserved the arts, athletics, and music programs• Rising test scores in many schools• Maintained a healthy budget throughout difficult economic times
