Only through this class have I learned to use these tools/sites. Besides google or yahoo, everything else was unfamiliar territory.

Engines

There was more to Google than I originally thought. Before this class I was unaware of the different Google apps. I basically only used google to search for information and g-mail to use and send messages. Google apps is a great tool to use when working in groups. Communicating is easy to do and there are many other features using these apps.

Alternatives to Power Point?

Our first presentation was created using Prezi.

Prezi is another great presentation tool that I’ve enjoyed with my group members when we created

our Online Educational Game Presentation.

Now I have a BLOG…

I learned that I can share my knowledge which I gained by placing my information into blogging with a blogger. I can also blog any reflections or other information that I want

to and share with friends, colleagues and my classes.

With I learned how to bookmark.

I enjoyed organizing resources in tabs and sub tabs in an online binder.

With Jimdo, our group created a websiteon Pharming and Phishing Awareness.

It was a bit challenging to present our digital safety issue using this website but we managed to do so.

WEEBLY is a fun site to use where you can easily create your own website. I enjoyed this website

and I was able to be creative with it.

I decided to use this web creator for my e-portfolio.

Within weeks and playing around with each tool or site, I

was able to learn and enjoy technology.

I became a Technology Proficient

Professional.

I can use what I have learned in my future

classes and...
