“School House Rock”

You are cordially invited to join us in attending the St.

Michael - St. Clement School Performing Arts produc-

tion of “School House Rock” on Saturday, May 18th at

7:00PM and on Sunday, May 19th at 3:00PM in the

school gym. Tickets are general admission for all

guests ages 15 and older at $10.00/ticket. Children

ages 14 and younger are free.

5/31 - $1.00 Dress Down Day to benefit the annual Car-nival

Field Day

On Friday, May 24th, we will be having our annual Field Day. Students will participate in a variety of field events at PAL Field in Fullerton Park. Students are to wear their gym uniform and bring a water bottle and snack. Dismissal will be at 12:00PM at school. Volun-teers are needed to help with set-up, running of events, and clean-up. ALL volunteers MUST be VIR-TUS certified. If you are certified and would like to volunteer, please con-tact the school office.

Each student MUST have a signed permis-sion slip in order to par-ticipate in Field Day. Permission slips were sent home today. You can also access permission slips by clicking HERE. Permission slips due NO LATER then Wednesday, May 22, 2019.

Nurse’s Notes from Mrs. Kelly Roberts, LPN

May is a busy month in the topic of health! It is high blood pressure, stroke,

and skin cancer awareness month. All three are important topics and should

be monitored. And with the warmer months upon us, skin cancer awareness

is especially relevant. Please click on the links below for information on all

three topics. As always, if you have any questions, please consult your fami-

ly physician.

Spirit Week

Join the Student Council as we celebrate Spirit Week next week leading up

to our annual Field Day! The schedule for Spirit Week is as follows:

Monday 5/20 - Marvel Monday - Wear your favorite Marvel T-shirt, socks,

etc.

Tuesday 5/21 - Tweedledee and Tweedledum Tuesday - Duo up with a

friend as a pair or wear the same outfit.

Wednesday 5/22 - Wacky Wednesday - Wear crazy socks, a wacky hat or

a pair of cool shades with your regular

school uniform.

Thursday 5/23- Celebrate our school fami-

ly! The Student Council will deliver a treat

to each homeroom on Thursday!

Friday 5/24 - Field Day!!

Annual STM-STC School/RVFD Carnival

The annual STM-STC School/Rosedale Volunteer Fire Dept. Carnival will be held on

June 3-8, 2019 from 6:00PM - 10:00PM on the grounds of St. Clement Parish

(1212 Chesaco Avenue, 21237). Rides and amusements will be provided by

Reithoffer Shows, Inc. Raffle tickets were sent home last week with each student.

Donation is 6 for $5.00 or $1.00 each. Please return the money and stubs or unsold

tickets in the enclosed envelope marked “CARNIVAL RAFFLE” ATTN: BRIAN

CERNY. Money and tickets may also be turned in at the carnival. Additional

tickets are available upon request by contacting the school office or Brian Cerny at

the number listed below.

Tickets for advanced sales for ride wristbands are available for purchase by clicking

on the link below and completing the order form. The cost for tickets will be $18.00

per night. TICKETS FOR RIDE WRISTBANDS CAN BE USED ANY ONE NIGHT

MONDAY THRU SATURDAY. Ride wristbands not purchased in advance will be

available at the Ride Ticket Booth at a cost of $25.00/

night.

Register NOW for the STM-STC Sum-mer Camp! Camp runs from June 17 - Aug. 9, 2019. Students must be at least 3.5 years old up to 12 years old. Power Card Fundraiser

Dave and Buster’s wants to help us raise money! The process is simple, you will sell

minimally (5) Dave and Buster ’s Power Cards. These cards get used in their Million

Dollar Midway to play over 220 virtual reality, simulator, video and ticket redemption

games. Dave and Buster’s Power Cards can be used at any location. Please click

June, 3rd.
