• Currently own and manage around 1300 long-term affordable properties (studios, 1, 2, 3 bedroom and boarding rooms)
• Develop, Own and Manage • Registered as a Tier 1 Community

How to express interest in BHC’s Core rentals
• Visit a Housing Service Centre (Department of Housing) and apply to be registered on the One Social Housing Register.
• Once you have an approval number, contact BHC
• Not eligible? Contact BHC to discuss other options (NRAS and OPAL)
