Evaluation of questionnaire.
The reason for using questionnaire, is to get the audience feedback
in order to base our short film on their interest, thus to appeal directly
to our target audience.
We wanted to collect both qualitative and quantitative data, to
have variance in our results, for instance qualitative data allowed
the audience to be more engaged and free as it is based on
opinions, while the quantitative data allowed us to be in control and
get specific and accurate results from the respondents.
The quantitative data helped us to guarantee that we would meet
the target audience. Obtaining an overview of the target audience, we were also able to put information into clear charts
and tables, through Prezi (software).
Evaluation of questionnaire
“Decisions” is a media product aimed at 13-18 year olds, because
the film displays an educational message. We decided our target
audience to be between this age range, because it is the most crucial period of a teenager’s life, when education is compulsory
and free, like an opportunity to have a turning point. The data
influenced our production choices.
