SECOND…

Few senior teachers (interested in undertake the facilitators skill training, outside / inside the country

Few students (who are keen to take leadership roles and participate in SQC activities) undertake SQC tools and techniques of problem solving

THIRD…..

Chief Executive publicly announces the SQC programmes in institutes as a regular co‐curricular activity

Facilitators collect volunteer students who have desire to develop their personality

Facilitators form Students’ Quality Circles

Facilitators give training on tools and techniques of SQC to all SQC members

Implementation of SQC in Educational Institutes

FOURTH…

Different SQC starts working simultaneously

In the process of SQC activity, the role of facilitators is only to train and facilitate students. Students identify, analyze, solve and prepare presentation themselves

Facilitators fix the schedule, venue, logistics required, and brief counseling if students stuck on their process

Implementation of SQC in Educational Institutes

FIFTH….Chief Executive invites guests, senior teachers and guardians to attend in house SQC presentation, seminars. The Seminar is organized regularly (monthly, quarterly, half yearly or annually)

Facilitators facilitate the logistics for SQC required for Case presentation

One facilitator can handle more than one SQC activities in one institute

To identify the causes of the problemThe Purpose of C&E or is:

Causes whose countermeasures depend among yourselfCauses whose countermeasures you have to recommend others to solve your problemCauses which are very important, prioritised but some may not be important

Conduct brainstorming to collect verbal data in fishbone diagram. Fish head as effect (Problem) and Fins as CausesThen, select most important causes and countermeasures which depends on you and only you.
