Proverbs 21:7 The robbery (violence) of the wicked shall destroy them; because they refuse to do judgment.

God hates injustice, and He sees to it that injustice is brought back upon the

wicked. All of life is good vs evil; choose the good.

Judgment = justice or right; honestly

Either in this world, or the next.

8 The way of man is froward and strange: but as for the pure, his work is right.

(NIV) 8 The way of the guilty is devious, but the conduct of the innocent is upright.

We can know people by seeing the way they live their lives.

One’s long term conduct reveals his mindset.

A liar lies because he is a liar.A thief steals because he is a thief.

9 It is better to dwell in a corner of the housetop, than with a brawling woman in a wide house.

A mate, man or woman, who is argumentative and quarrelsome,

is like a ball and chain.

1 Corinthians 13:4-5 (TLB) Love is very patient and kind, never jealous or envious, never boastful or proud, never haughty or selfish or rude.

Love does not demand its own way. It is not irritable or touchy. It does not hold grudges and will hardly even notice when others do it wrong.

6

Ephesians 4 31-32 Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamor, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice: And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you.

“Let” -- we have to turn it loose.

The people of God must turn loose of all ugliness.

Love will end the brawling in us.

We are not justified in such behavior.

7

Philippians 4 4-7 Rejoice in the Lord always: and again I say, Rejoice. Let your moderation be known unto all men. The Lord is at hand. Be careful (anxious) for nothing; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. 7 And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

People who are unhappy and worried tend to get bitter, angry, and to talk ugly and hateful (brawling).

We need to trust God and grasp joy and peace.

8

Philippians 4 8 Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. 9 Those things, which ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do: and the God of peace shall be with you.

9

Right thinking will produce right words and deeds.

Jesus loves me.I am victorious;A victor, not a

victim..

I am blessed; not stressed.

I am happy.

I have a good wife.

My husband is smart.

God will make it so.

10 The soul of the wicked desireth evil: his neighbor findeth no favor in his eyes.

The evil desires of a wicked man's heart, lead to baseness in his conduct.

Matthew Henry Concise Bible Commentary.

He is mean to everybody, even his close neighbors.

11 When the scorner is punished, the simple is made wise: and when the wise is instructed, he receiveth knowledge.

Very often the scorner does not learn from his own punishment, but a follower may learn and

change his ways.

But it is best to learn from instruction.

We don’t have to learn the hard way.
