Solution: Moisture Remediation

1. Clean off any surface sealers, waxes, mop & glow type products, etcetera on the floor

Product Definitions

Densifier: Waterproofs and dustproofs concrete – from

the inside out. A permanent non-soluble, lithium-

colloidal gel that will last the life of the concrete. Best to

use an airless paint spray on application.

Product Definitions

Densifier plus Repeller: Repels water, oils, coolants,

acids, and most chemicals. For newly placed, green

concrete only. Will cure, harden and seal — all in one

application — as soon as the finisher is done with

placement.

Densifier for Rebar: Penetrates deeply into the concrete

with a corrosion inhibitor to help prevent (further)

corrosion of the rebar — without removing the old

concrete to get to the rebar.

How Floor Saver System Works

1. Strip or scarify floor to remove existing covering/coating and any remove any remaining adhesive (mechanically strip or strip with Potecrete PowerStrip).

2. Apply Floor Saver Part One using airless paint sprayer. Dries in 30-45 minutes.

3. Apply Floor Saver Part Two using roller, squeegee or sprayer. Ready for adhesive in 45 minutes to 1 hour.

4. Install new floor according to manufacturer’s specifications.

Product Definitions

Floor Saver – Part 1: Warrantied waterproofing system for portland cement concrete subfloors. Travels 4-6 inches into the substrate to provide an internal moisture barrier to ensure the floor will not fail due to moisture concerns.

Floor Saver – Part 2: Provides a very fast (15-30 minutes) optimum water cured finish and moisture barrier for adhesive bondability. Increases durability and decreases concrete permeability.

The Floor Saver System is environmentally friendly and easy to apply.

Protecrete’s Easy Care Glossy Floors

Apply Densifier to a clean bare concrete surface. On

existing floors, contaminants may purge to the surface.

The surface must then be cleaned before the application

of Redeemer.

Roll on Radiance at the rate of 400 sq ft per gallon.

While it is still wet, buff with a red pad until dry. A

second application may be necessary to get a brighter

shine.

The Graffiti Solution: Removal

PowerStripper: Non-hazardous, water-soluble paint stripping

solution. Softens coatings by expanding the molecules so that coating can be removed easily. Will not burn the person applying it. PS works on conventional water-based and solvent-based paints, varnishes and sealers, as well as urethane and epoxy formulations.

Despite the fact PS contains no highly toxic solvents or caustics, it retains benefits associated with each. Long lasting so, like caustics, it is able to remove multiple layers of built up coatings without rapidly evaporating and losing its strength.

The Graffiti Solution: Future Protection

Densifier is applied after the graffiti is removed.

Radiance provides a hard non-removable sealer which

protects the surface and seals the pores. The sealer can

be cleaned with any cleaning solution, allowing easy

removal of future graffiti damage.

MWC10.0: A High Performance Pre-Additive

• MWC10.0 is a pre-additive which is added to the water at the batch plant before the cement, aggregate, and admixtures are added. This product creates a gel that controls segregation and stratification of aggregate, and virtually eliminates all bleed water. It hydrates the lime much more completely and provides a more impermeable and durable high performance concrete.

• It also provides impressive results for integral color concrete. MWC10.0 stops the bleed water and solves a host of problematic issues with colored concrete including the mottling and color inconsistencies created by bleed water.

M-Cast 64 is a zero VOC synthetic additive specifically designed for water retention in vibrocompacted “semi-dry” concrete applications – precast & Gunite.
