• Located in East CentralFlorida between Winter Park and Jacksonville

• In construction - nearly 40%complete but not well-known

• St Johns River, Lake Monroe, 4 springs, 2 state parks. and many local parks and recreational activities accessible on foot or bicycle

• Rich in natural wonders and recreational activities accessible on foot or bicycle

• Accessible from Orlando by Florida Sun Rail stations at Winter Park and DeBary
