Why is this so important?Because non-verbal communication speaks LOUDLY!

What does it say you ask?

Smiling: your happy to be there, to participate, to help, to see them

Eye contact: your listening, paying attention, truthfulness, respect

Good posture: Confidence, effort

Head nods: You hear them, following along

Waves, handshakes, pats on shoulder: you acknowledge them, respect and appreciate them

High five: Good job!

Frowning: you are mean, sad, board, don’t like them, uninterested

Rolling eyes: disrespectful, conceited, not taking seriously

Slouching: lack of confidence, interest

Looking away: deceit, lack of focus

Avoiding: not appreciating, concealing

Sighing or fidgeting: disrespect
