Our MissionOur talented team creates and develops digital products that help to simplify the lives of vets and make diagnostic treatments easier and less traumatic for horses. Our diverse group of 35 people come from 12 different countries who share the same mission: to develop and implement high-tech medical equipment to improve day-to-day processes for Veterinarians.

• European & US based coordinator• Maintain a professional relationship with our external suppliers

and carriers. Introduce and establish new partnerships.• Coordinate and maintain production lead times and supply

chain processes• As a teamplayer, plan, organize, manage, document and

structure new internal processes over multiple departments• Coordinate, Support and execute day to day operations -

inbound & outbound shipments - production planning• Be responsible for our warehouse management system

implementation (Odoo) and introduce, implement andcoordinated new functionality

• Promote and encourage standardization of products andservices

• Provide and design Reporting for inventory forecasting,availability and history.

• Good organisational & communication skills (verbal andwritten in English) for effective communication withsystem personnel, medical staff, vendors, etc.

• German language knowledge will be a plus• Be able to analyze requirements and develop

recommendations concerning logistics plans and supplyprograms

• Coordinate equipment/ parts accounting, materialsprocessing, storage, and repair/ return activities

• Coordinate the activities of staff members ordering,receiving, and distributing supplies and equipment

• Experienced in supply or capacity planning, fulfillment,inventory management, and/or procurement.

• Experienced in analyzing technical programs, new productintroductions, and their impact on the business andtechnical environment
