Procedure to raise a PIS docket/ticket in ERP

1. Open ERP helpdesk : 10.197.216.2132. Click on PIS, the following page will open

• Enter your Username & Password of concerned module’s L1 Team and click on Login

• These details were initially communicated to all SSA vide a letter uploaded at intranethr.bsnl.co.in

A page similar to as shown below will appear

1. Click on “My View” to see the tickets assigned to you

2. Click on “Assigned to Me” for viewing the complete details of tickets assigned to you

3. Click on “Report Issue” to raise a docket/ticket

How to raise a PIS docketClick on “Report Issue”. The below page will appear. Choose Location as L1 <Module_Name> from dropdown menu and then click on “Select Location” Tab

Select the Process from the dropdown menu as shown below.

Also enter other fields and select the appropriate module from the dropdown menu.

After filling all the details, the page would look like this :

Scroll down below and choose Circle = HARYANA and then click on “Submit” tab.

Note down this docket/ticket number

To search any docket/ticket at later time, type the docket no. in this box and click on Jump

The docket has now been submitted and will be seen under “Assigned to Me” tab in your login OR you may search the same as describe above.

Now click on “My View” tab and following page will appear :

How to forward the PIS docket to other levelClick on the docket number (e.g. 0060289) and the following page will appear :

First thing here is how to upload an attachment here in the docket.

Click on ‘Browse’ and select the file to be uploaded from your PCThen Click on “Upload File” tab to upload the attachment

In order to forward docket to upper level, we need to update 3 things in same order only :1. Location (by “Move” tab)2. Assigned to (by “Assign To” tab)3. Status (by “Change Status To” tab)

1. To change the Location :Click on “Move” tabThe below screen appears.Then select where you wish to move the docket from dropdown e.g. I have taken L3_BASIS.Then click on “Move Issues” tab belowNow check that the Location field is updated.

2. To change the Assignment :Click on dropdown menu on the right side of “Assign To” tabChoose the appropriate group you wish to assign to e.g. HAR_HCMHR_L2 or HAR_BASIS_L2 After that, click on the “Assign to” tabNow check that the “Assigned To” field is updated.

3. To change the Status :Click on dropdown menu on the right side of “Change Status To” tabChoose the appropriate status you wish to take e.g. feedback or assigned etc. After that, click on the “Change Status To” tabNow check that the “Status” field is updated.

Whenever you click on “Change Status To” tab, a screen will appear as below and it would require a Note to be added from your side.

Type your remarks here and press on the tab below

Finally, the page would look like this:

All three fields i.e. Location, Assignment and Status have been updated and docket has been moved to upper level.
