My name is Madison Madrid, I buy houses using private money and sell them owner financed.
I got into the business through my father who has been doing this business over 15 yrs. He has been my teacher. I am currently working on growing my own business.
When using private money I give investors higher interest rates then they would be receiving from most Stocks, Bonds, Cds, savings accounts and or self directed IRA accounts.

Both situations the investor does not have to worry about managing the real estate. I will do ALL the managing.
Why will I do all the managing? My goal is to make the investment win-win for everyone. I want to keep my lenders happy earning high interest and their money safe at the same time.

Generally private individuals will earn from 8 to 9% consistently on their money.
On occasion they could earn from 10 to 12% The % is depending on the deal.
