WE ARE champions forwomen in leadership.

Only Otterbein.

From our earliest history, Otterbein has long been proud to be among the first institutions of higher learning to welcome women on equal standing with their male faculty colleagues and student counterparts. Today, Otterbein continues to empower women with an education and experience that prepares them for leadership roles in their careers and communities. If you are looking to grow as a leader, we are ready for you. Otterbein’s Graduate Program and Leadership Certificate offer the opportunity for you to achieve your goals.

WELCOME FROM WELD & OTTERBEIN UNIVERSITY

In its ninth year, WELD and Otterbein’s annual leadership conference continues to be a not-to-miss event!

We’ve partnered again to present the 2019 National Leadership Conference to offer an amazing agenda for

career-minded individuals of all ages and backgrounds. This one-day national event features over 50

accomplished speakers presenting on a variety of timely career topics. Centered on this year’s overarching

theme, Beyond the Movement: Make Change Happen, attendees will learn how to build their courage and use

their influence to make change happen rather than waiting for it to occur. Seating is limited – register early!
