Hyatt Regency Century Hotel’s Self Parking ramp message word was never

repeated again

Hotel pedestrian walkway sign was installed five years ago askew 90o and

had misdirecting arrows to cars

Fork sign used white font, left off the word “Self”

Hinoki Monolith is lit at night

• Signage objectives – a comprehensive, yet incremental approach• Reduce misdirected vehicles to the hotel’s self-parking garage or restaurant• Improve safety at several specific points• Reinforce The Century brand with consistent font colors• Establish a six month re-evaluation period; all within budget

• Valet Outside Waiting Bench• Study options• Select and order item within budget

• Garden and 2nd level hall carpet• Obtain samples and evaluate options• Select and order item within budget
